Everything you need to know about working with NOSOTA.

Traditional development distributes work across specialists sequentially — analyst, then architect, then developer, then QA. AI-driven development runs all roles in parallel through orchestrated agents under a single senior engineer's oversight. The result is dramatically compressed timelines without sacrificing quality or test coverage.

AI generates code proposals. The engineer reviews, approves, or rewrites every output before it enters the codebase. Think of it as pair programming where the AI is extremely fast but the human holds final authority over every line of production code.

Every service ships with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using real containers (Testcontainers). CI/CD pipelines enforce test gates — nothing reaches production without passing all tests. Our Grain Registry case: 319 automated tests, 12 pipelines, zero manual deployments.

NDA is signed before any project details are discussed — this is step one of our process, non-negotiable. All code is developed in isolated environments. Upon delivery, you receive full ownership of the codebase with no vendor lock-in.

Yes. We start with a discovery phase: we analyse your existing architecture, identify constraints, and design the integration approach. AI agents are particularly effective at understanding large codebases quickly and proposing clean integration points.

No lock-in of any kind. You receive the full source code, all infrastructure configs, complete documentation, and a handover session. Any competent engineering team can take over from day one. We use standard, well-documented stacks — Java, Spring Boot, React, Kubernetes.

After the discovery phase, we provide a fixed-price quote with a defined scope, timeline, and deliverables list. If scope changes, we discuss an amendment — no hidden fees, no time-and-material surprises. Typical MVP range: $5k–$30k depending on complexity.

There is no minimum in terms of budget. We evaluate projects by complexity and value delivered. A well-scoped 2-week MVP is as interesting to us as a multi-month enterprise system. We decline projects that are vague or underprepared — discovery quality determines build quality.

Yes. Our working language is English. We operate async-first — daily written updates, video calls when needed. We have experience with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Time zones are manageable with clear communication agreements.

Yes, always. Final payment is triggered by your acceptance of the delivered system — after code review, test run review, and a live demo in your environment. We include a code review session as a standard part of every delivery.
